Diretor Global da Webasto Production System

Engenheiro Mecânico com mais de 20 anos de experiência na Indústria Automovel, em OEM’s e fornecedores de primeiro e segunda linha nas áreas de Produção, Processo e Qualidade. Integrou a Equipa Webasto em 2004 e desde então assumiu diversas funções de liderança em diferentes Unidades de Negócio e Regiões (APAC, EU, CN, NA). Tem desde 2008 um papel ativo no desenvolvimento e implementação do Sistema de Produção Webasto (Webasto Production System – WPS) e é, atualmente Diretor Global de WPS e Produção. Para compensar a ausência de Portugal, organizou-se de forma a poder leccionar durante 7 anos o Módulo Lean da Pós-Graduação Six-Sigma Black Belt do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria.

Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, working with both OEMs and first and second-tier suppliers in the areas of Production, Process, and Quality. Integrates the Webasto Team in 2004 and since then took several leading roles in different Business Units and Regions (APAC, EU, CN, NA). Since 2008 with an active role in the development and implementation of the Webasto Production System (WPS) and currently serves as the Global Director of WPS and Production. To compensate for his absence in Portugal, he organized himself to be able to teach the Lean Module for 7 years in the Six-Sigma Black Belt Postgraduate Program at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria.
