He joined Odette International as Engagement Manager. Manages Odette's membership base as well as the global partner network. The focus is to identify and understand trends in the development of the supply chain and weaknesses in the processes, with the aim of developing, together with Odette members, solutions to improve operations.

She started her professional career as a Logistics Engineer at Ford Otosan, Turkey, in 2004. After successfully implementing new projects at Inbound Logistics, she became a Supply Chain Supervisor being responsible for supplier development and management.

In 2014, she worked with other local and global OEMs implementing various Supply Chain & Logistic projects such as EDI, MMOG/LE, Supplier Performance Management, having been elected President of Odette Turkey.

She also represented Turkish Automotive Industry in global Odette projects, as Supply Chain Risk Manager or MMOG/LE V4 and at various Odette conferences as a speaker.

During that time, it contributed to significantly improve awareness of standards and their benefits in the Turkish automotive industry. Prior to joining Odette International, he was in charge of Capacity Planning and Management activities at Ford Turca.
